  • Flight delay - If your flight was delayed due to an airline's fault and you arrived at your final destination with the delay of more than 3 hours, you might be entitled to the compensation between EUR 250-600.
  • Flight cancelation - You might also be entitled to the compensation between EUR 250-600 in case if the airline has canceled your flight and did not inform you at least 14 days in advance to your flight.
  • Denied boarding - Sometimes airlines sell much more tickets on the flight than there are seats available in the aircraft. This is called “Overbooking”.   • Lost luggage - If more than 21 days have passed since your flight and you still have not received your luggage, then your luggage is considered as lost. In this case, the airline is under the duty pay you the material damages arising out of the luggage loss.
